Top Smart Synthetic Topper is our favourite because it features a full lace front as well as being a large topper. In fact The Top Smart is the only topper with a lace front by Jon Renau. It clips in with pressure clips however the clips can be removed an adhesive can be used where the polyurethane tabs are. This topper comes in 12″ and 18″ lengths.
