Top Style Synthetic Topper is designed for advanced hair loss, it covers a large are of the head and attaches with pressure clips: adhesives can be used along the PU. The top is a double monofilament design which is the most comfortable against the scalp. The back is wefted and stretches around the head for security. The Top Style is a straight system.
